HEAL YOUR BODY. FIND YOUR VOICE. TRANSFORM YOUR STORY.
Hi loves. I'm Sara Syms — breathwork facilitator, singer-songwriter, and trauma-informed guide devoted to helping you reconnect with your body, your truth, and your power. With 20 years as a Creative Director and leader, plus certifications as a Life Coach (ICOES) and Peer Recovery Specialist, I blend artistry, somatic healing, and compassionate coaching into a single, transformative approach. I’m also certified in trauma-informed breathwork (rebirthing, shamanic, and breathwork in ice baths), allowing me to support deep emotional release, nervous system regulation, and embodied empowerment.
My work creates a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your emotions, meet your shadows, and release what no longer serves you through breath, voice, and music. Whether you’re healing personal trauma, navigating self-doubt, untangling emotional blocks, reclaiming your creativity, or moving through major life transitions — I’m here to support your becoming.
I’ve transformed my own pain into purpose, and I use the same tools that saved me to guide others back to themselves. Through somatic practices, breathwork, songwriting, and emotional storytelling, I help you uncover your voice, reclaim your story, and remember your inner strength. Listen to my healing-focused albums, I Love You, Keep Going and The Darkest Light.
Current Session Rates
As a trauma-informed breathwork practitioner with over 200 hours of professional training, I’m currently completing my final clinical requirements for certification. During this period, I’m offering reduced session rates as a way to make this work more accessible while I finalize the last step of the process. You’ll receive the same level of care—safe, grounded, and deeply trauma-aware—supported by extensive training and real experience holding emotional and somatic healing spaces. Prices will shift once certification is complete.

1:1 Music / Songwriting Session
A two-hour songwriting session offers a creative and emotional reset. Together, we’ll explore what’s on your heart, uncover the themes wanting expression, and shape them into lyrics or musical ideas. Music becomes a gentle tool for emotional release, clarity, and reconnecting with your voice. If you’re craving insight, expression, or a deeper connection to your story, this session offers a powerful creative doorway.

Breathwork + Songwriting
This 3-hour hybrid session blends breathwork with creative processing. We begin with a soft, trauma-informed breathwork arc to open the body, calm the nervous system, and bring clarity to what wants to be expressed. After a short integration, we move into songwriting or reflective writing to give shape to the insights and emotions that surfaced. Music becomes a supportive tool for grounding, release, and finding your voice.
$200 (3 hours)
I offer trauma-informed breathwork and coaching, but I’m not a licensed therapist. If you need clinical or crisis-level support, a licensed mental health professional can provide necessary care.

Rebirthing breathwork is a gentle circular breathing technique that helps release stored emotions, tension, and old survival patterns. The connected breath (with no pauses) can open access to deeper awareness, clarity, and emotional healing. It’s guided and paced so you stay safe and within your window of tolerance.
-
Shamanic Breathwork uses a conscious connected breath with chakra-attuned music to guide you through an inner journey. It blends shamanic elements, elements of nature, and the chakra system to access deep insight and release. Developed by Linda Star Wolf, it can be more activating and may include breath holds and expressive processing.
